If you like Cole Porter, May's Jazz night at the Underground might be just your thing!
The Andy Panayi Quartet originally teamed up with pianist David Newton for one concert in Wakefield last year but this gig went so well that they are now touring the music. Saxophonist Andy has written special arrangements of classic and lesser-known Porter tunes and together with the other members of his quartet - trombonist Mark Nightingale, Simon Woolf on bass and Steve Brown on drums - will treat you to a memorable evening of mainstream jazz.
Underground Theatre, Friday 25th May, 8pm. £11.
